Position : Personal Assistant

Job Description : We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to both home and working life. This is not a remote position. The ideal PA is expected to come in one day a week, so it is the perfect position for those who have flexible schedules and would like additional income. Experience with scheduling travel in other countries is a plus. Salary is commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities

Run personal errands such as shopping for groceries, fueling personal vehicles, and filling prescriptions.
Maintain personal calendar and be able to change detailed itineraries at a moment’s notice.
Manage travel arrangements. Book dinner, entertainment, and attractions.
Maintain the garden, flowers, and bird feeder.
Ensure kitchen is stocked and fresh water is available

Skills

Proven work experience as a personal assistant
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
Must meet needs with minimal supervision

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 – $28.00 per hour
