Job Description:
1. Colony and Plant Building Roads Maintenance, Structure stability/Rehabilitation
2. Checking and verification of billing measurements reconciliation of FOC Materials and its SES entry in SAP.
3. Prepare time schedule for Jobs and monitor safety quality of the job at site with respect of standard.
4. Preparation of Budget estimates for major maintenance activities and CAPEX Proposals
5. Timely bill checking of contractors and submit to account department, Preparation of issue pass , Gate pass, SES in SAP.
6. Professional Qualification: Diploma/Graduate Civil Engineering
7. Professional Experience: Construction and Maintenance of Colony & Plant Buildings

Qualifications:
Any Graduate,Diploma In Civil Engineering

Minimum Experience Level:
5-8 Years

Report to:
Senior Manager
