Job Description : Summary of Position:

Worth-North Manufacturing team in Ft. Worth, TX. Working for a large global organization you’ll have an opportunity to grow and build a great dynamic and rewarding career.

Provide front line expert support for process-specific issues. Monitors and evaluates Critical Process Parameters and Critical Quality Attributes in conjunction with other functional groups to sustain and improve process performance. Provides SME support to maintain and improve existing manufacturing technologies and implement new innovative manufacturing technologies .

Key Responsibilities:

Process Support:

Provide front line support to manufacturing, working with the shift teams, focusing on manufacturing each batch safely, on time, in compliance with the batch instructions and quality requirements.
Support problem solving, related to process issues, liaising with operators, line management and support functions (e.g. Engineering, Validation).
Participate in technical deviation investigation, robust CAPA and relevant follow-up, for product and process related investigations involving complaint, OOE, and OOS trends.
Partner with Manufacturing and Compliance to ensure the execution of the production processes is in conformity with up-to-date, registered, validated manufacturing process, approved instructions, cGMPs, and Health Authority regulations.
Supports Process Support Lead and Product Steward to perform process characterization to increase robustness and sustainability.

Continuous Improvement:

Support and execute continuous improvement projects.
Assist the Product Steward with investigating and resolving recurring deviations and process capability issues that emerge from data trending.
Responsible to perform technical feasibility trials related to process improvement and implementation of new manufacturing technology
Support introduction of new processes or equipment as Subject Matter Expert for process related issues, reviewing User Requirements, and supporting the various phases of the investment project, from initiation to Process Qualification.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.+0 yrs)
The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
2 Years of Relevant Experience

Preferred Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering
Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industry

Work hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
