We are looking for a PMO within PMO group, who can work with Account Delivery Team (BGDM / PM / CaPM) for the project to achieve E2E transparent financial efficiency, prevent from increased cost or cost leakages and create profitability by focusing on Progress Control, Cost Control and Financial Reporting, related to the Project milestones, invoicing schedule agreed in the customer contract, procurement and costs against as sold baseline (ASBL).

Main Responsibilities
Drives development and implementation of appropriate Nokia Project Management methodology, processes, tools, improvement and efficiency programmes to ensure all customer and internal projects* are delivered according to contractual obligations, within forecasted costs, time and required quality based on adequate mode of operation.
Drives governance practices in line with adequate Nokia project management (PM) and according to BG specificities to ensure visibility of operational KPIs and performance / efficiency.Supports One CDM/BG DM and their teams during pre-sales and delivery phases by implementing adequate practices like project Great Start, quality gate reviews and PM audits.Ensures the availability and application of proper tools in customer / internal projects including availability of needed training and support in use phase.Drives continuous appropriate Nokia project management processes and tools improvement by collecting requirements including applicable loop back to global process / tool owner.Ensures availability of project / programme executive level information to CDM and their teams and appropriate geographical organisation by establishing / using reporting solutions.Supports / coordinates resource demand activities inside customer team, ensuring proper forecast and information availability.Drives development of PM capability management with appropriate external and internal certification portfolio.Supports PM community in capability and competence management activities including planning and implementation of PM capability framework.Coordinates PM competence development and certification programmes in respective BG / market.Acts as a coach for PM community based on priorities to ensure that objectives of the project are achieved.Drives PM knowledge management and best practice / lessons learned sharing within PM community.
Ensures that Cost & Progress related deliverables in PTA (Project Target Agreement) are handed over by Services solution team as per guidelines
End-to-end Project Revenue & Cost & Progress Management to monitor and control month on month financial adherences as envisaged in approved L2D (Gate5) or ASBL (Gate6 – As Sold Baseline).
Creates project cost management structure (Project Def./WBS) in SAP BPP/P20 in line with project cost management guidelines including WBS / care contract structure and service order setup to manage project costs on required functional and/or geographical dimensions and required cost management components for services revenue / cost management.
Ensure Order, Cost and revenue are booked in correct WBS /Profit centre / GIC
Work closely with Finance / RDC team for Operational task in P20 and provide detail cost data as per PM requirements.
Work closely with PM’s in order to set-baseline correct, forecast to complete services cost, track cost against baseline and highlight any deviation from baseline to Project team.
Plans Project Financials (Revenue / Cost / Sales Margin-SM) on periodic level for the entire duration of the project in line with project cost management guidelines.
Tracks Project Cost Adherence (PCA) and Non-conformance Costs (NCC).
Cost / Profit (SM) Analysis
Ensures proper project resource handling setup by providing necessary information for MyERM / Lawson
Drives and ensures cost consciousness and awareness in execution team
Instructs the execution team and Logistics on how to book revenue / costs correctly against the created structure.
Supports PM’s in finalizing BL (Baseline) and RC (Risk Contingency) from LoA / ASBL and implement them into the tools and systems.
Localizes and deploys of revenue / cost management processes and tools (SAP, EAC Template) for the Project.
Deploys extra works (EW), non-conformance costs (NCC) and sellable additional works (SAW) processes and system setup
Implements subcontractor and contractor purchase ordering and invoicing processes.
Contributes to accurate booking and planning of project’s cost of sales and revenues by aligning with Logistics and Project Financial Controller.
Supports overall deployment and maintenance of financial/progress tracking processes and tools (KPR, Account review)
Reporting monthly financial adherences with reasons in EAC (Estimate at Completion) Signoffs / KPR (Key Project Review) meetings.
Ensure cross timely availability of IPO for cross orders, cost booking in correct GIC / PC and timely GRN/ invoicing of cross orders IPO.
Skills and experience
Must have knowledge and experience of Nokia processes, tools, Quality gates and milestones for Sell and Execute Process
Prior experience in Project /Finance / Project / Cost Management is mandatory.
On-hands working experience in P20 / BPP.
Clear understanding of cost progress and cost tracking principles.
Understanding of dynamics of major projects for proactive guidance to Project Leaders on Cost / SM adherences.
Highly analytical skills.
Capable to drive Project Leaders towards Cost / Sales Margin leakages.
Drives engagement, influences relationships with Markets and key stake holders.
