Position : Private Family Construction Manager
Job Description : I am a private investor who remodels homes for my personal portfolio. I am looking for a project manager who doesn’t need to be baby sat. Someone who knows the trades and also can swing a hammer if necessary. If you are strictly an office guy and have no trade skills this is not the job for you. I need someone who can coordinate with subs and make sure they get the job done right. Also, making sure that you can assist when necessary to push the project along and meet deadlines.
If you can work independently and remove me from the process I can pay you well. But again, must be a handy guy. Currently have 3 projects going on in different phases. two in permits one in active construction.
Pay will be based on skill and past experience. If you are good their is really no limit to what I can pay you.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68,755.00 – $155,095.00 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Experience:
Project management: 1 year (Preferred)
Construction: 5 years (Required)
Work Location: One location
