We are inviting applications for the role of Process Associate – Insurance Claims
Responsibilities
Responsible to understand and comprehend, good customer service attitude to clearly articulate the resolution.Responsible to handle varied volumes of workloads and to reach targets and deadlines on a timely basisResponsible to demonstrate and cultivate customer focus, teamwork, accountability, initiative and innovation.Required to demonstrate a high level of personal integrity and investigation / negotiation skillsResponsible to demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, energy and flexibilityResponsible for handling claims/queriesWorking knowledge of claims or settlements & claims processing.Candidate should be comfortable with 24*7 shift timings.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
B.com/ BBA/BA/ BSC (Any Non – Tech Graduate)Freshers are eligible
Preferred qualifications
Good knowledge of using Excel, MS Access DatabaseProficient in English language- both written and oralInsurance client experience will be an added advantage
