We are inviting applications for the role of PA, US Payroll – HRO
We’re looking for someone with extensive knowledge and understanding of entire US payroll/Time and attendance process for a client. Current requirement is to mirror the US shifts, participate in processing client’s existing Payroll and Time & Attendance processes and technologies to see opportunities for efficiencies, process simplification.
Responsibilities
Daily client interactions, working with onshore team on a day to day basisBe able to review manual processes and define scope for automation/ ImprovementsDetail oriented, good organizational skills and ability to work independently and within the team environmentCommunicate and present to external and internal client as requiredResponsible to work with multiple stakeholdersResponsible to align with internal controls and policies and pay attention to details.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
B.Com GraduationFreshers are eligibleRelevant Experience on ERPs
Preferred qualifications
Relevant work experience in payroll Process Consulting/ Payroll Operations/Payroll ImplementationGood Customer Service skills and analytical skills
