Qualification:
Graduates or Post Graduates

Skill-sets:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with computer system, Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
Ability to learn new software system.
Job Description:
Have a good work attitude – should be committed to the work
Ability to work with various internal departments and prioritise tasks to ensure service levels are adhered to.
Ability to maintain composure in highly escalated situations
Possess good analytical skills and be detail oriented
Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
Excellent customer/client service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer/client issue in a fast-paced environment
Additional Details:
Cab Facility: Night Drop
Working Hours (UK Shift) – 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST (summers) and 01:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST (winters)
