Position : Process Executive – Sales Support

Job Description : This position is based in Mohali, Punjab whch is our Global Shared Service Center. & will be supporting our North America Projects.
Mandate should be comfortable work in Night Shifts.
Role Purpose Statement:
Customer Service Executive will be a part of BBS Delivery team and will be responsible for coordinate and evaluate Order Management team including daily run activities but not limited to resolve escalations, developing/supporting new process or procedure to enhance productivities as well at database maintenance and reporting.
Key Interfaces:
Internal: BBS Functional Leads, Regional Teams, Business Units
External: Bunge customers, consultants supporting transformation programs, customers
Key Performance Indicators:
High Customer Satisfaction
Low Error Rates
Main Accountabilities
Description
Daily Tasks:
Create contract and distribute trade confirmation
Create Quotation (when necessary)
Create Sales Order
Monitoring/Chasing for payment or LC
Prepare Marking
Prepare Shipping Instruction
Raise Sample Request (when necessary)
Raise customer request (SSR)
Handling customer complaints (Sales Force)
Credit limit monitoring and raise Shipment release (when necessary)
Shipment monitoring – daily report
Credit and Debit note (when necessary)
Contract Management monitoring
Contract and Sales Order amendment (when necessary)
Reporting:
Performing reporting on order status and other monthly/weekly status reports using Reporting Services
Process Transformation – Customer Service:
Ensure SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) manuals are up to date, support identification of lean / improvement opportunities
Others:
Contribute in ad-hoc escalation meeting, issues, changes/new processes meeting etc
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Experience:
3-5 years of work experience in a similar role preferably in Agribusiness / Commodity trading industry
Minimum Education Qualification – Bachelor’s in Commerce or equivalent degree
Skills:
Prior experience in invoicing and order management operations delivery
History of successfully operations delivery in global, cross-functional environment
Proven track record of interfacing and collaborating with global teams
Experience of working in a global shared services environment
Working knowledge of Navision would be preferred
Competencies
Functional Competencies: Knowledge of Order management, contract management and Customer invoicing in Agri Services / B2B Oils
