Job Description : point person on the product development team, define goals and create a vision for development projects.
Responsible for communicating with Product stakeholders across the board and the development team to make sure the goals are clear and the vision is aligned with business objectives.
Responsible to help team in following and maintaining agile product development practices
help the team maintain and creating a product roadmap.
Managing Product backlogs
Help in Prioritizing product deliverablesshould spend a significant amount of time overseeing the actual development and progress of the product.refine the process, identify areas for improvement, and support the sprint.understanding and anticipating the needs to more effectively manage the development process
Prerequisites:Product Owner Certification would be a plus
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar stream, as well as 10+ yrs of work experience and around 5 Years experience as Product owner or similar responsibilities and following experience:
Good understanding of cloud technologies.
Hands – on experience in software application development
Knowledge of container environments like Docker, Kubernetes
Good hands on Working knowledge in RDBMS
Experience in DevOps and microservices would be preferred
Test-driven development, CI/CD process, continuous testing, Agile/Scrum practices with Github/Jira/Jenkins/Collaborator or similar platforms
Strong common open-source tools platforms
expected to have strong debugging, triaging and troubleshooting skills.
Awareness of software development lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall and Agile)
Experience with Object-Oriented Design (OOD)
Good delegation and time management skills
Problem-solving abilities
good interpersonal and communication skills
