Perform administrative duties, such as maintain financial records, verify databases, spreadsheets and reports for accuracy and completeness, compile information, timekeeping, relay complaints/issues received.
Research, initiate, draft, and complete pre-printed work orders for all facilities and equipment scheduled.
Must be knowledgeable with all the maintenance levels in order to train all assigned employees on proper work process and troubleshooting techniques.
Interpret Route Maps and Contract requirements and regulations as they pertain to the mission.
Meet with customers to facilitate and assist with the estimation of projects.
Performs spot checks and makes on-the-spot corrections to ensure the highest quality of performance.
Verifies all times begin charged to a work order on a daily basis to avoid any excessive hours being charged to the government which includes “Time and Attendance” throughout the day.
Locates and moves materials and parts between work areas of plant to expedite processing of goods, according to pre-determined schedules and priorities.
Records and maintains perpetual inventory of quantity and type of materials and parts received, stocked, and distributed, manually or using computer.
Reads production schedules, inventory reports, and work orders to determine type and quantity of materials required, availability of stock, and order priority.
May be responsible for the handling of classified mail as a Department of Defense cleared personnel.
Qualifications:
Three (3) years of experience with work control data in the Facilities Maintenance or related field preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Experience with MAXIMO preferred.
Requirements:
Valid state driver’s license is required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Skookum’s insurance carrier.
Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access. A background check and E-Verify will be conducted for this position.
