The Role:
ESM Productions, a Roc Nation joint venture, is looking for a Production Coordinator in their PA office

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Producers and Production Managers on overall production plan
Advance venue availability and requirements
Research, contact, and coordinate production vendors
Coordinate air travel, hotels, and local ground transportation
Create production schedule and contact list
Coordinate crew booking, onboarding processing, payroll paperwork
Setup and Manage On-Site Production Office.
Coordinate fulfillment of artist hospitality riders
Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience working in live event or touring production
Above average time management and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to work with a team through challenging situations & long days.
Ability to understand and work within Union Labor practices and policies.
Proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Office and Apple iWork
Strong organizational skills/attention to detail/problem solving skills.
Must work well under pressure and be even-tempered.
Must be available to travel as needed.
Must have a valid driver’s license
