Job Description : Qualifications:

Ability to plan, organize and coordinate daily activities
Ability to maximize productivity and minimize waste
Willingness to work in a safe manner and promote a safe working environment
Ability to communicate effectively with peers and supervisors in both oral and written form
Strong commitment to quality and food safety
Food manufacturing experience helpful but not required.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Operate and perform general upkeep of manufacturing equipment
Safely operate ice cream manufacturing/packaging equipment including continuous freezers, fillers, fruit feeders, bundlers
Clean and sanitize equipment and environment as needed. Maintain equipment and materials in a sanitary manor
Accurately complete production documents; weight checks, ingredient checks, quality documentation
Participate in continuous improvement process
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Comply with government regulations, and company requirements for quality and food safety
Work safely following all documented state and federal safety requirements
Participate in the development and maintenance of a world class manufacturing environment
Perform other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
