Job Description
Effectively performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations assemblies and subassemblies such as socket bonding, plastic joining, component assembly, wrapping, material packaging and product testing. May work on assembly line and place components in correct sequence or may interact with automated production equipment. Must be able to read, understand and follow all Work Instructions, (MAP’s, SOP’s) at all times. May conduct quality inspections on products in accordance with quality specifications. May rework or reprocess assemblies and subassemblies.
SAFETY Ensures a safe workplace by following all safety procedures and exhibits proper safety behavior including correct use of PPE. Able to recognize and record a safety near miss in HSEnet. Leads and owns safety culture initiatives and proactively provides recommendations to mitigate or eliminate safety hazards. Knows emergency and evacuation procedures (severe weather shelter, emergency exits, muster point). Able to explain meaning of basic principles of HSE Policy in his/her own words. Subject Matter Expert for specific HSE matters and chemical handling if applicable. QUALITY Understands and follows good manufacturing practices such as good documentation practices. Able to retrieve procedures online. Meets minimum quality standard(s) for regular work area. Support or lead non-conformance investigations. PRODUCTIVITY Meets minimum productivity standard(s) for regular work area. Able to track productivity metrics such as day by hour.
Ensure daily SQPDC targets are met. Must be able to conduct meetings with their teams. Ability to work without supervision. Able to track SQPDC (Safety-Quality-People-Delivery-Cost) metrics. Can perform capacity analysis. Lead and Implement continuous improvement processes within assigned areas, utilizing lean manufacturing principles. PROCESS/SYSTEMS Advanced computer skills to access online resources and complete online training: Email, Workday, Veeva, HSNet, Trackwise, IQS. Additional responsibilities include certification in line clearance responsibilities in production related software (example: PPS or CNSPPS). May also be required to operate automated or semi-automated equipment.

Minimum Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English. No previous experience required. Work hours: Friday-Sunday and every other Thursday. 4:00 am – 4:00 pm Travel Requirements: No Relocation assistance: No Sponsorship available: No

Additional Responsibilities Included:
Performing Material handling tasks that require usage of RDTs along with machine operation of automated equipment with the Ability to resolve moderate equipment issues Equipment and line setup Proper creation and handling of quality data
Line clearance activities Able to train others on basic, intermediate and advanced operations for all roles and stations of designated production line Technical and operational expert over designated production line Line lead over complex production lines (e.g. Centurion, Cassette, Packaging, Tiromat, …) and ensuring daily Safety-Quality- People-Delivery-Cost targets are met, ensuring safety and quality procedures are followed and production targets are achieved Maintaining Day-by-Hour charts Reporting during management walkthroughs Escalating issues in a timely manner Ability to lead and manage limited-scope SQPDC projects, with moderate complexity Ability to initiate product holds and open DCTs / NCIs May also be responsible for the management or support of on-going activities required to support the production process, such as monitoring production metrics using IQS Ability to function as a back-up to the Line Coordinator
