Position : Production Technician (Temporary)

Job Description : Ready to make some awesome content? We are looking for someone who loves to flex their creativity to make videos that bring a brand to life. We make people laugh, we make them cry. We entertain them to their core… And then do it all over again.
Raindrop is a fast-growing agency that makes marketing people love. As part of our Production team, the ideal candidate will have an incredible attitude and work ethic. We’re looking for a team player who has an eye for detail on set and can aid in our content creation. We also have a need for a self-starter who can create new production related processes behind the scenes and ensure our team is supported, organized, and ready to rock!
RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible to manage G&E, or run sound depending on the project
Prepare and organize production equipment for shoots
Support in pre-production, help with lighting plan & shooting schedule
Keep production van organized, clean, and maintained
Rent gear as needed and pick up rentals
Drive production van to shoot locations
Manage and update equipment spreadsheet & inventory
Give continual feedback on department inventory needs
Keep studio & main office studio clean and organized
Work & communicate well with outside contractor gaffers, grips, & DPs

YOU ARE

Flexible, and capable of working effectively in a dynamic environment
A roll-up-your-sleeves team player who is always open and receptive to feedback
Very organized and responsible with video equipment
Able to prioritize and multitask
Always up-to-speed with the latest trends, big ideas, and innovations in videography, especially in marketing
Ready to grow with our team and take your skills to the next level

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

1-3 years of professional film set experience
Knowledge of Red Camera systems and operation
Broad knowledge of lighting setups for indoor and outdoor scenes
Working with green & blue screen
Experience recording audio in the field and voice over
Ability to flex hours. Most filming is done between 8am-6pm M-F, but we do flex hours for certain shoots and special events

COMPENSATION AND PERKS

$25.00-$30.00/HR DOE
