Job Description
LOOKING FOR HARDWORKING PEOPLE TO JOIN OUR GROWING TEAM! The Perfect Move is hiring immediately for multiple movers and drivers to join our team. Experience in general labor, moving or delivery driving is preferred but not required.
Compensation
· $13-25/ hour + tips
· Starting pay is dependent on relevant work experience
Responsibilities
· Provides excellent customer service to all clients
· Greets client upon arrival to location with a smile, handshake and positive attitude
· Performs a walk through with the client to review the scope of work and develop an efficient plan with the team
· Communicates professionally in English, verbally and written
· Safely and efficiently moves, packs and unpacks client’s belongings to their satisfaction
· Uses dollies and proper lifting technique to move furniture and boxes to and from moving truck
· Works safely, professionally and efficiently
· The Perfect Move provides the proper equipment and training to ensure your success and safety
Requirements
· Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required for driver applicants (CDL is NOT required)
· Drivers must be at least 21 years of age or older
· Excellent customer service skills, professional and positive attitude
· Physical ability to lift heavy items (100 lbs. or more) while climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, walking, etc.
· Reliable transportation
· Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays
