Position : Program Manager – Internal Communications

Job Description : Reporting to the Director, Employee Experience Human Resources, the Program Manager, Internal Communication designs, leads, and executes internal communications strategies and employee engagement programs designed to inform, motivate, and inspire Community Health Choice employees. Leads and supports various initiatives and events to build and grow the organization’s culture through improved employee engagement. Serves as a change agent by building relationships and partnering with HR leadership, the executive leadership team, and multiple internal stakeholders across all departments to ensure effective and consistent organization-wide communications.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, English, Business Administration or other related field.
5 years of proven history of progressive experience working in internal communications and employee engagement roles with successful outcomes.
2 years of program management experience.
Exceptional communication skills, verbal, written, and presentation, to employees and leaders at all levels of an organization, including high-level management.
Strong PowerPoint, and digital and creative skills to create professional and polished end products and presentations.
Expertise in a broad range of communications mediums and ability to creatively transform information into meaningful messaging across a wide spectrum of end users.
Expertise in employee engagement techniques and measurements.
Event planning experience strongly preferred.
Working graphic design experience strongly preferred (Adobe InDesign, Adobe illustrator, Canva)
