Job Description : Program ManagerCommunity Family Services (CFS) is an outpatient behavioral health company that provides behavioral health services to children, adults, and seniors throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area.
We are currently looking for a Full-Time Program Manager for our Children and Family program.
The Program Manager will organize and coordinate programs. You will provide strategic guidance to BHTs in ways that promote the company’s culture. The Program manager will oversee the progress of daily operations and report to executive team. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing staff. The goal is to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our organization and clients.
Compensation package:
$55,000 annual salary
$1,500 signing bonus (to be paid out quarterly over 1 year of employment starting 30 days after start date)

Primary Responsibilities:
This position manages day to day program operations, productivity standards, budget and fulfillment of contract requirements,
Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
The Program Manager will assist in hiring, training and developing staff;
Review and evaluate treatment plans for content and timeliness of documentation
Creates and maintains an open, collaborative professional working environment with staff
Provides timely, effective, and consistent performance feedback to staff
Supervise Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) who provide direct supervision, behavior management, and strategic treatment interventions for CFS clients
Act as catalysts between Executives and BHTs and prepare weekly reports for program directors
Lead daily meetings with BHTs to direct scheduled activities
Decide on suitable strategies and objectives
Manage and create employee schedule
Coordinate and schedule monthly clinical supervision sessions
Assume responsibility for the program’s staff and clients when in the community
Resolve projects’ higher scope issues
Review progress notes of BHTs after sessions with clients
Skills
Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position
Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem-solving ability
Program Manager REQUIREMENTS:
Education and/or Previous Experience – minimum education required: BA/BS and 4+ YEAR RELATED EXPERIENCE in behavioral health field
Have, or be able to obtain, a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
Valid AZ Driver license
First Aid/ CPR certification
Strong Computer Skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
