Roles & Responsibilities:
Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Basecamp, Jira or Trello).
Demonstrated understanding of project management concepts.
Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
Gathering project information and preparing work flow on required activities.
Hands-on experience with Project Documentation, Wireframing, Updates and Reports.
Knowledge of industry best practice. Proficient with IT technologies and terminologies.
Developing in-depth understanding of project scope and particulars i.e. time frames, financials, outcomes.
Requirements:
Process Management and Improvement
Team building
Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge.
Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
Start to End experience in project management.
Ability to prepare and interpret wireframe, flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
Strong teamwork skills.
Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
Detail oriented and a good listener.
Either a leader or a follower as the situation requires.
