Job Description : Experience: 1 to 3 yrs Location: Mohali

Technical and Soft Skill sets required:
Developing in-depth understanding of project scope and particulars i.e. timeframes, financials, outcomes etc.
Sharing relevant documentation and reports with project teams.
Knowledge of industry best practice.
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Team-management and leadership skills.
Monitor project schedules regularly to determine any delays or deviations.
Creating and reviewing of reports.
Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Knowledge of project management systems (JIRA, Basecamp, Trello etc.) is a must have.
Knowledge of computer programming languages is a strong plus.
Ability to work on tight deadlines.
Provide analytical support to execute assigned projects.
Plan and coordinate project activities for timely completions.

Qualification requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study.
One year and more experience in same field.
