Job Description : Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Point of contact for assigned customer group.
Provide the necessary support and management for successful implementation of a project from start to finish.
Facilitate and maintain communication between shop production, purchasing, customer service, applicable sales rep(s) and management.
Oversee and manager other project managers and assist with additional projects.
Mentor and train lower-level employees
Assess operational requirements at all stages and manage those with our team.
Set project schedule, track status, monitor and manage PO, SO, production, shipping, and installation processes.
Ensure project stays on schedule and any changes affecting this are resolved and communicated between Marco and/or Remis members and customer. Track progress on the schedule and meet designated milestones for success.
Monitor costs and unexpected contingencies related to the project that affect the budget and communicate these internally as well as with our customer (where applicable) as they occur.
Lead Quality Assurance projects as necessary.
Communicate with sales and customer on project. (daily updates on project status including install progress, shipping schedule, warranty service arrangement, etc.) offer viable solutions and opportunities as they arise.
Monitor production and quality to customer/stakeholder/sponsor standards.
Identifies and resolves issues and risks.
Implements change practices when needed.
Manages resource to make certain production and installation schedules are on track.
Maintain Project portfolio management.
Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities.
Performs any other duties assigned by management.
