Job Description : BUSINESS PROFILE
HR Service Partners is a company offering administrative services for businesses in the San Antonio and surrounding area. HR Service Partners has provided reliable and efficient PEO services such as payroll, human resources, employee benefits, workers compensation, and much more.
General Description:
Oversees new client implementation timeline. Works directly with Clients and Team to help ensure a smooth transition. Oversees timekeeping systems and Liaison for onboarding of new employees during a client implementation. Communicate with the client coordinator about clients, projects, and timelines.
Main Duties and Responsibilities

Communicate with the client services director about projects and timelines.
Serve Clients, identify their needs and provide feedback and solutions.
Create and customize Timekeeping systems.
Provide Timeclock Training to Admin/ Employee users.
Verifies Client information
Creates Customized reporting
Works with other departments to meet implementation deadlines.
Enters Client Historical data (Payroll history}
QC payroll and deductions
Troubleshoot Timekeeping systems.
Creates onboarding links and folders.
Audits Client and employee information to ensure an accurate transition.
Creates customized reporting
Maintains Client folders to ensure all proper documents are online and in their physical folder.
Assist Employees and Clients as needed.

EDUCATION & SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficient in MS Office and computers
Quick learner

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Payroll Experience
PEO experience helpful

JOB TYPE & PAY

Full-time position
Pay to start at $45,000 or dependent on experience

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
