The movement addresses both the root-causes and the horrific symptoms of child labour and trafficking.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Project Officer-Documentation is responsible for working under the Programme Director on all aspects of developing and implementing the concerned programme and various projects within the preview of programme. This position will be based in the Delhi.
Minimum Educational Attainment
She/he should be M.S.W/M.A(Sociology, Geography, Anthropology or any other field of social sciences). This position will require significant academic and content knowledge, as well as project management skills.

Excellent knowledge and understanding of Children issues, Child rights and development issues at grass root
Strong planning, supervising, and program development skills
Understanding of monitoring, evaluation, and process documentation
Experience developing and conducting training programs for Stake holders
Writing project proposals, developing and managing budgets related to Projects
Ability to travel frequently.
Effectiveness in working or volunteering in a non-profit organization that is focused on social change through action.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English At least 3-4 years of work experience in Development Sector.
