Position : Property Manager
Job Description : Churchill Forge Properties is actively recruiting candidates to fill two Property Manager position within the next few weeks.
Property Manager – The Property Manager participates in the formation and implementation of the property’s marketing strategies as well as maintaining a harmonious community and resolving resident issues.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to overseeing the daily operations of the community, gathering and compiling current market and economic information, property budgeting, managing expenses, entering payables, submitting payroll, addressing staffing needs and generating financial reports.
We are interested in someone with a proven track record for successfully managing both stabilized, and new-construction-luxury communities through lease-up to stabilization.
Churchill Forge has a solid long-standing reputation within our city and we take much pride in our communities and our professional management teams.
The ideal candidate will be organized and detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills both aural and written, and have demonstrated proficiency in directing, motivating, and creating cohesiveness with on-site teams.
Luxury Apartment management experience required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Entrata PM software(or similar), CRM, and social media platforms, is required.EOE
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
