Job Description : Position: Sales Support Specialist
Location: San Diego, CA
Wage: $18.00 – $25.00
Schedule: Full time, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1 hour unpaid meal period)

What is your contribution?
Proposal Specialists provide support to insurance brokers throughout the disability insurance sales process.
What will you do?

Perform outbound follow-up on quoted cases.
Outbound marketing and follow-up phone calls with insurance producers through Insightly CRM.
Outbound phone calls to brokers informing them of all upcoming increase options with our carriers.
Generate revenue through inbound and outbound telephone marketing calls.
Educate and train brokers on selling disability and long-term care insurance.
Provide support to brokers during sales cycle.
Establish and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with team members and brokers
Assisting broker’s development of disability insurance expertise and selling proficiency
Running illustrations/proposals .
Participate in training and continually seek out product knowledge through research efforts.
Obtain broker client information and enter into quoting software.
Class and run illustrations/proposals on carrier quoting software systems.
