Monitor, evaluate, plan and coordinate the purchasing function of the city providing control and consistency to the procurement process; coordinate the publication of the budget and audit; coordinate special projects originating in the division.
This position will be responsible for all aspects of the City’s procurement program as well as the maintenance of the purchasing software. City wide training on this software will also be the responsibility of this position. The publication of the budget and audit documents according to GFOA publication guidelines to ensure the achievement of the annual budget and audit awards will also fall within the purview of this position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $57,382.42 – $81,133.42 per year
Schedule:
8 hour shift
