Job Description : Job Designation: QA – Executive
Job Description:
QA Executive will be responsible for Debugging the failure systems to find out RRCA. Candidate will be responsible to develop and execute test cases, also one will be responsible to implementation of CAPA.
Specific Responsibilities:
Individual will be responsible to debug defects in assembly and process noncompliance in operations and testing.
Identify the root cause of malfunctions using Root Cause Analysis techniques ( Why Why/ Fish Bone / 8D )
Co-ordinate with engineering design, manufacturing design, supply chain management and external vendors/suppliers to determine RCA and implement CAPA actions.
Individual will be responsible to maintain the RCA and CAPA trackers.
Qualifications: B tech (Electrical/Electronics)
Relevant Experience: 4-5 yrs.
Desired Skills & Characteristics:
Candidate should have knowledge about AS9100D and ISO9001 standards.
Candidate should have experience in QMS implementation.
Candidate should be trained and skilled on identifying RRCA, also for ensuring effective implementation of actions planned.
Should be trained on developing inspection plans/ Ballooning process .
Candidate should have knowledge of debugging and testing of hardware systems.
Identify the root cause of malfunctions using Root Cause Analysis techniques.
