Job Description : Quality Tech I:
CWI # Required.
Additional skills and training in civil, mechanical, structural, etc.
Certification or familiarity with ASNT, AQS, ASME and API
Must have experience with Quality, Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil w/Quality Control
Job Duties:

Perform Quality Control inspections per the contract specifications and code requirements, under the direction of the Quality Manager.
Prepare Quality Control reports from documentation for inspections and daily reports.
Monitor daily construction activities and materials delivered to the site.
Monitor and review all special inspection and testing performed by third parties.
Work with field supervision and subcontractors to enforce and maintain quality control standards.
Ensure all work meets or exceeds the contract specifications and code requirements
Ensure all materials meet or exceed the contract specifications and code requirements.
Identify and initiate NCRs when applicable.
Begin studying and learning the tasks/duties of the Site QC Manager.
Test and certify welders when applicable (This is a CWI required activity).
Additional duties commensurate with skill-set and knowledge as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $37.00 – $45.00 per hour
Schedule:

10 hour shift
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday

Experience:

QA/QC: 5 years (Preferred)

Work Location: Multiple Locations
