Job Description : An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven Quality Administrator to join an award winning and growing organisation based in Corby.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven Quality Administrator to join an award winning and growing organisation based in Corby. This is a permanent role, working full time hours based in the office and offering a base salary £19K, rising to £21K after probation.

The job:
Provide day to day transactional analysis and support to the Sub-Broker Channel Manager and the Sub-Broker portfolio
Co-ordinate and resolve Sub-Broker queries after onboarding
Preform quality checks on deals
Contact businesses to check data is correct on the deal and investigate any discrepancies
Right First Time (RFT) checks
Provide after sales support and assist customers with complex deals
Support the Sub-Broker Channel Manager with adhoc activities when necessary
Support with all Sub-Broker returns and objections
Reporting on Broker mistakes and supporting Brokers with ad-hoc training needs
The candidate:
A minimum of 1 year’s experience within administration
Enjoys working with data, analysing and investigating issues
Uses own initiative and a good problem solver
Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding work ethic and receptive to constructive feedback
Highly organised with the ability to manage time effectively
The package:
Working 9am-5.30pm Monday – Friday
Offering a base salary £19K, rising to £21K after probation
20 days holiday + bank holidays with the ability to accrue ‘Wellness Days’
