Job Description : Location: Ghaziabad
Eligibility : Post Graduate / Graduate Metallurgist having at least 5 years of experience in similar industry.
Control trials are conducted to evaluate action plans. Standard operating procedures are formulated based on the results of the trial in concurrence with production shops.
QA/QC, QMS, Finishing Operation, Production Planning, Operations & Process Control, Heat Treatments Processes and Team Handling.
Specialist in – Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel.
Metallurgical Testing – Microscopic Evaluation for Inclusion Rating, Grain Size & Microstructure. Micro hardness Tester & Hardness Machines.
Research & Developments, Develop new processes in melting shop, heat treatment, finishing and quality control operation.
Handling customer complaints & to ensure CAPA with operation team.
Liaising with third party, customers auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and establishing standards of service for customers or clients.
Provided support to the operations department on up gradation of existing technology/process/quality and/or recommended new technology by submitting feasibility report as & when required.
