Job Description : Job Location: Indore Pithampur, Madhya PradeshEducational Qualification: B.Sc./B. PharmaExperience –1 – 5 YearsExperience preferably in Plastic packaging/Pharma company.Job Description-1. To carry out all activities related to QC.2. To carry out activity by following cGMP and SOPs in above related areas.3. Preparation of SOP.4. Preparation of Specifications for Raw Material, Packaging Material and Finish Goods.5. Preparation of Test Methods for Raw Material, Packaging Material, Finish Goods.6. Preparation of Sampling Plan for Raw Material, Packaging Material, Finish Goods.7. Analysis of Raw Material, Packaging Material and Finish Goods as per specification.8. Monitoring of temperature in control sample room.9. Sampling of Raw Material, Packaging Material and Finish Goods.10. Creating Master data for result recording in SAP.11. Recording results of Raw Material, Packaging Material and Finish Goods in SAP.12. In-process monitoring and recording of results in SAP.13. Printing of Approved/Rejected label in SAP for incoming material.14. Calibration of QC instruments as per the frequency.15. Preparation of calibration calendar.16. Co-ordination with external agencies for calibration and other activities.17. Any additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.Required Skills1. Strong knowledge and understanding of Plastic and its application in the Pharmaceutical industry2. Candidate should have good conversation skills in English3. Strong customer focus and ability to understand and achieve customer needs and close business opportunities.4. Ability to grow and develop in an entrepreneurial, growth organization5.
