RESPONSIBILITIES:
Acting Quality Management Representative (QMR) for the facility in regards to a third party, customer, and product certifications
Coordinates and drives the Management Review process
Oversight of Risk Management Process
Monitors Quality Management System, including consulting with Process owners on document updates
Oversight of Manufacturing Records accuracy and storage
Monitors and assists with the Quality Engineering team
Oversight of the Inspection and Test Plan processes
Oversight of the corrective action program
Support Global initiatives as appropriate
Support Supplier Quality data and improvements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role required
Knowledge of ISO/API required
Advanced leadership skills, including coaching, team building, conflict resolution, and management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced communication skills catered to a wide variety of audiences (e.g. written, verbal, presentation); mastery in English and local language
Advanced multi-tasking and prioritization skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
