Given the growth of the client’s portfolio the candidate is expected to match-up the pace and deliver solid results
Job Description
The candidate will lead the entire R&D function predominantly on the injectables side
The candidate is expected to grow and develop a core team of R&D under his purview
As part of this role, the candidate will pave path for the development of the organisation ahead
The Successful Applicant
The candidate is expected to hold 18+ years’ experience with injectables’ R&D
The candidate must have a thorough understanding of lyophilization and should have worked on ophthalmic suspensions
The candidate must have led large teams in the past and demonstrated the growth of the R&D function
He/She must have the passion to establish the function from scratch and develop it ahead, any prior relevant experience of the same will be an added advantage
