Job Description : Hornberger Fuller Garza & Cohen, Inc. is a business law firm, located within San Antonio, Texas. We are currently seeking a part–time receptionist, available to work Monday through Friday afternoon shifts from 12:00- 5:30PM. The candidate must have prior work experience as a receptionist with verifiable references. This position is responsible for welcoming clients, delivery and repair personnel, and will coordinate front desk activities, including distributing correspondence, mail and reserving conference rooms within Microsoft Outlook.
Responsibilities

Greet and welcome clients as they arrive for appointments.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Receive and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Order office supplies as requested.
Schedule conference rooms within Microsoft Outlook.
Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
Maintain office security by following office safety procedures
Ensure reception area is neat and presentable

Skills

Professional attitude and appearance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
