Job Description : Responsibilities
Via Linda Behavioral Hospital an innovative behavioral health hospital offering a full continuum of inpatient and outpatient services to the people of Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix, Arizona metro area. Our 120-bed facility will offer specialized mental health services and substance use treatment for teens, adults and older adults experiencing issues such as depression, anxiety, personality disorders and co-occurring addictions.
We have started with a small team of compassionate professionals dedicated to providing quality care who are equally committed to creating a collaborative and supportive work culture.
We are seeking a like-minded Receptionist to join our growing team!
The Receptionist is responsible for greeting and assisting all patients, guests and hospital vendors, answering the phone, documenting incoming deliveries, processing incoming and outgoing mail and providing clerical support as requested. In addition, the Receptionist prepares patient packets, schedules meetings, assists with reports and assists with various clerical duties and projects as assigned, and may assist with completing appropriate paperwork for new admissions and serve as back up as needed.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED. Two years expereince on a multi line phone, reception work in healthcare field preferred. Must be able to obtain a Level1 Fingerprint clearance card. Knowledge of PBX switchboard operations and paging systems. Knowledge of all code procedures. Knowledge of computers and business software. Ability to use good judgement and to maintain confidentiality of information.
