Job Description : About Arisa Medical:
Arisa Medical is a young company that is growing rapidly! Our practice specializes in performing disability exams for Veterans, 100% of our patients have served in the military. We currently have five east coast offices, and are now expanding to California.
About the Position:
We are looking for a part-time receptionist for our new Spring Valley office. The day-to-day responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling new appointments, and answering phone calls, as well as handling any issues that may come up in the office.
Work Schedule:

Part-time, 2-3 days a week (may change but will be finalized before start date)
8:00AM-4:30PM

Pay Range

$17-$22 an hour depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients, and electronically alert providers they have arrived.
Schedule and reschedule patients
Answer phone calls
Maintain organized and clean work environment, including periodically cleaning waiting room chairs with disinfecting wipes.
Uncommonly, a chaperone may be needed for a female exam, ~1-2 times a month
Manage day-to-day operations of the office and deal with any issues that might come up

Skills:

Experience is helpful but not required.
Proficiency with typing, organizing, good with numbers, and knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Word
Solid verbal communication skills
High School degree

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour
