Have excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

FULL DESCRIPTION: Our client is seeking a Recruiter to join their growing team. This role will be responsible for providing support with a focus on talent acquisition to include sourcing, screening, interviewing to full cycle completion to hire.
The selected candidate will further possess:

HR certificate a plus
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Understanding of recruitment processes and advertising
Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations
Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with all levels of the organization
Ability to research, evaluate and analyze new laws and their effect on the businesses
Must be a self-starter, detailed oriented, excellent organizational skills, outgoing and flexible

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:

Actively engage in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for all roles across the company
Support their Recruiting team throughout the whole recruitment process (sourcing-initial outreach, assist as needed with scheduling interviews)
