Wells Fargo is seeking a Recruiting Associate Apprentice…

In this role, you will:

Participate in recruiting and selecting contact center, operational or early career individuals from internal and external sources
Assist Hiring Managers in defining and validating key position requirements, sourcing strategies, as well as reviewing affirmative action goals
Review candidate’s information to determine if job qualifications are met
Conduct interviews and evaluate employment factors such as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, and abilities
Consult with management to recommend candidates and start salaries
Receive direction from Recruiting supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of Recruiting functional area, policies, procedures, and or compliance requirements
Provide information to management to recommend candidates to move forward in the selection process within Recruiting and Human Resources policy
Apprentices within the U.S. Department of Labor accredited Apprenticeship program perform a variety of structured duties, including a combination of (however, not limited to) on-the-job training, coursework and mentorship, under the supervision of a hiring manager, program manager and a mentor. Apprenticeships are designed to assist in the professional development of an apprentice, in preparation for the post-apprenticeship role. Program Managers will facilitate an apprentice’s required path for professional development. This ensures an apprentice will have gained the proficiency and obtained the required experience of a fully functioning Recruiting Associate

Required Qualifications, US:

6+ months of Recruiting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Required Qualifications, International:

N/A, role not eligible for outside of the U.S.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience recruiting for multiple job openings simultaneously
Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
Knowledge and understanding of HR policies, practices, and procedures, including an understanding of legal and OFCCP recruiting requirements
Experience consulting on recruiting policies and best practices with peers, leaders, and business partners
Ability executing in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
Ability delivering a positive and engaging candidate experience for internal and external candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process
Experience staying current with recruiting industry trends, developments, and technologies
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong risk management and compliance skill

Job Expectations:

In accordance with (the) Apprenticeship program specifications, qualifications held by an apprentice may not meet or exceed 1 year of experience in one or a combination of the following: financial management activities including one or a combination of the following: recruiting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. Apprentices are considered full-time employees within the program. As such, Apprentices are expected to not only uphold and adhere to Wells Fargo and the Apprenticeship Program, but also expected to follow Wells Fargo’s prescribed policies, procedures, and employee expectations
