Job Description : As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Team. You will be critical to ensuring that we consistently provide a premium candidate experience for all interviewees. You will be a liaison for candidates during the interview scheduling process, coordinating phone and onsite interviews and guaranteeing that candidates have a positive experience. Additionally, In this role, you’ll maintain an increasingly robust database of candidate records that is critical to leadership conducting year over year analysis of important hiring metrics.

Responsibilities
Optimize ATS and provide support in formalizing and tracking all aspects of the recruiting process: from sourcing, prospecting, interviewing, and closing
Collaborate with Recruiting Manger to develop, execute, and manage the recruitment operations strategy to deliver an exceptional candidate experience
Assist in the management, implementation, and off-boarding of recruiting tools and programs – Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, JIRA etc.
Partner with Recruiting, People Operations, and hiring managers to understand and improve operational functions, analyze results, and build best practices to support initiatives – compensation, onboarding etc.
Optimize the team’s workflow, processes, documentation, and data management practices
Develop recommendations for standardized metrics and reporting to share across organizations and Leadership
Required Skills, Experience and Qualification
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of 4 years experience related to several aspects of HR, including talent acquisition and HR generalist duties.
Data-driven with demonstrated experience building and maintaining reports
Strong skills in data analysis using MS Excel and VBA or Python
Experience working with an ATS, Lever preferred
Strong administrative skills, including good organization, ability to proactively follow up on ongoing projects, and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated judgment and ability to deal with confidential and sensitive matters effectively.
Proficiency with O365 (Outlook, Excel, Sharepoint, Word)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Work EMEA Evening Shift (3:00 PM IST to 12:00 AM IST)
