Job Description : JAB Recruitment is part of a global award winning group of companies providing manpower solutions to the Energy Industry.
Due to continued expansion and improving market conditions a number of opportunities exist within our Houston office. We are looking to speak with recruiters who have prior experience in placing technical professionals in both contract and permanent positions. We are also considering entry level candidates by providing full in house training.
With global energy demand increasing and project activity set to improve in 2022 we need dedicated and ambitious people to join JAB at this exciting time.

Responsibilities:

High volume screening and telephone interviewing
Inputting and managing JAB’s database
Placing and managing online job advertisements
Seeking out business opportunities
Prospecting for business through cold calling, attending networking events, social media
Sourcing candidates through online and internal databases
Negotiating pay rates
Consultant care
Researching and understanding different energy disciplines
Client management

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:

8 hour shift

Experience:

Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)
