Position Description:
Responsibilities include completing and managing the job application and candidate process through hire and onboarding stages. This position completes a wide variety of administrative duties and works closely with GiaCare’s internal team to recruit the best qualified candidates for the available position. In addition to managing the Recruitment Team and personnel, the Recruitment Manager will also recruit for open positions to ensure that well-qualified candidates are available for current and future position openings.
**This position does have remote/telework capabilities. It is required that candidates reside in San antonio, TX.**
Essential Job Functions:

Conducts phone screenings, evaluates, and prepares clinician’s credentials, and provides lists of candidates to sales team and clients for further consideration.
Continuously enhance and deliver, in partnership with internal stakeholders, an effective cost contained recruiting strategy supporting programs that focus on both quality of hire (i.e., culture fit, retention, etc.) and timeliness of hire, sourcing the highest caliber of talent
Develop and lead programs that support the filling of immediate recruitment targets, build a pipeline for future needs, and establishes innovative candidate sourcing strategies, especially for hard-to-fill positions in accordance with legal requirements.
Build strong, credible relationships with HR Managers, hiring managers, and critical stakeholders operating as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert
Demonstrate and ensure expert use of social media sources, resume harvesting and parsing, databases, and job boards to source and pursue qualified candidates
Provides leadership for the design, development, and implementation of processes and special projects
Leads, coaches, develops, mentors, and supports a high performing team of recruiters.
All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, human resources, or related field.
Minimum of four years’ experience in staffing and recruiting practices, preferably in the federal government sector with knowledge of healthcare and information technology services, or an equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge and skills.
Candidate must be highly skilled and well versed in technological platforms, initiatives, and data aggregation.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, use of electronic application tracking systems (ATS), social media platforms, etc.
Comfortable with heavy outbound phone calls. Able to convey message and gather details effectively.
Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments and complete projects within given deadline.

Pay: $62,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
