Job Description : National Insurance Brokerage is seeking team leaders in Ohio, Texas, PA, Florida and Tennessee. While the job is 100% remote having knowledge of these markets to build teams of remote workers to post content and drive traffic to regional landing pages is a major benefit.
We are seeking candidates with a strong recruiting back ground, team management and motivating a sales oriented staff. While these position is helping grow our digital / social media division deep knowledge is not required. A basic working knowledge of social media platforms is required.
Duties Include
* Recruiting remote staffers for a pay to post position
* Training and daily motivation of staff
* achieving head count and web traffic goals

* $35,000 Annual Base / $100K first year potential
