CRS Temporary Housing is a leader in our industry providing temporary housing solutions to individuals who are displaced from their home due to loss. Working with insurance companies and the policyholders, we provide a variety of solutions to make this difficult time easier.

Our office is located near Metro Center in Phoenix, AZ. This position will be set up to work from home full-time and will be required to come to the office periodically for training and/or meetings. Computer and phone equipment will be provided. You must have reliable high-speed internet service and a suitable workspace at your residence.

The Relationship Manager has annual earning potential in the upper $60,000’s or higher. This includes a base

salary + commission paid quarterly based on growth of assigned customer accounts.
We are seeking ambitious, self-motivated individuals to build relationships, retain business, and encourage repeat business from insurance company customers. This is an inside sales position and may require some travel. Your excellent sales, relationship skills, and business acumen will help you be successful as you retain our customers and gain repeat business. You will also be responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability for the assigned team.

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with assigned accounts.

Maintain and increase sales volume by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, industry indicators and competitors.

Develop field sales action plans and track ROI.

(If/when required), travel within assigned territory to visit retained customer base. This may include attendance at conferences, golf tournaments, etc.

Complete accounts receivable duties including approving invoices, payments, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances.

Foster a team environment, motivate team members to achieve goals, and ensure the team is committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

Monitor performance, identify areas in need of improvement and implement improvements. Guarantee both quality and timely service is being provided.

Provide back up to on-call employees and on-call duty when necessary.

Qualifications

4 or more years of experience working with account management/sales representative role.

Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

Solid communication skills to effectively deal with various levels of management, staff and/or outside contacts.

Demonstrated interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment and maintain professional and positive demeanor. Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.

Sense of urgency required. Able to function in a high-demand and fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated leadership skills to effectively develop and lead a high performing team, support less experienced employees with on-the-job training, as well as problem resolution and handling difficult customer situations in a pro-active and positive manner.

(If/when required), must be able to participate in overnight travel to visit customer sites approximately every 4-6 weeks.

May be required to work some flexible hours if needed to cover for customer service levels and/or time-sensitive projects. Flexible schedules may occasionally include evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Intermediate computer experience: Internet search, Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel. Typing speed of 40 wpm or higher preferred.

Ability to consistently meet established standards for quality and productivity.

Bachelors degree or graduate degree (MBA) preferred, in business or related discipline.
