Job Description : The candidate will be required to support Americas Enterprise services with the following tasks:Liaising with the Business directly to gather & fulfill user requirementsCoordinating with 3rd Party suppliers to gather pricing information.Coordinate with Services team to create Quotation for end customer using the pricing information received from suppliers.
– Processing and maintaining supplier data as part of Enterprise Solution deals – Quotations, Purchase Orders, Invoices, instruments, etc.Be able to work in America’s time zone (strong need due to many phone calls required to get quotations and chase people).

A bachelors or master’s degree in commerceAt least 4+ years of experience.
– Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Proficiency with MS Office tools – Work, PowerPoint and Outlook.
– Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written both) as the candidate will be required to regularly communicate with the Services team in Americas. – Ability to work and communicate effectively as part of a cross-geographic, cross-organizational and cross-cultural team.Knowledge of SAP ECC & CRMIs a Team Player – Be able to work as a team to deliver common objectives.Experienced working in a multi-cultural, global environment.Strong customer-focus and results orientation.Capability to work independently, with limited directions required.Demonstrate customer orientation and sense of urgency to all deliverables. Open-minded and active listener who can pull inputs and different perspectives from others
– Open for Flexible Work Hours from office – Mainly need to support Americas region so person should be flexible to work in shift (esp. Evening and sometimes night)
