Pay: $14.00 to $16.00 per hour plus incentives!
Monthly performance bonus (potential up to $4,000 annually)

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries by phone, email or chat
Providing accurate and complete information by using the right methods and tools
Maintaining a professional manner at all times, meeting company and regulatory standards
Meeting personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
Handling customer issues and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
Promoting our products as company ambassadors
Effectively managing multiple tasks or projects and are keen to help teammates do the same
Staying educated on corporate process and initiatives as well as market changes
Go the extra mile to help their team and the company succeed
Seize opportunities and focus on solutions not problems
Thrive on working with diverse teams and are committed to collective success

Requirements:
Must have a home-office environment that is quiet and distraction-free
Must have reliable internet connection (minimum download speed of 25mpbs)
Must have a minimum of 1 to 2 years contact center experience
Must reside in Texas
Strong active listening and problem-solving skills
Impeccable attendance record
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Retail energy industry a plus

Call Center Operating Hours (Central Time Zone):
Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 7:30pm
Saturday, 9:00am – 6:30pm
Various shift assignments
Eligible for overtime
