***$800 Bonus + immediate bump to $14/hr when you hit your 6 month mark!***
Virtuoso Sourcing Group has new projects and is expanding its operations in Tempe. VSG is a national company, headquartered in Colorado specializing in Customer Support, Customer Retention, Collection Agency and Call Center activities. VSG supports large consumer services companies with customer support, collections, call overflow and customer contact load balancing. VSG also provides student loan rehabilitation support under a sub-contract with the US Department of Education.
In this role you will
Answer incoming calls to answer customer questions and resolve customer issues.
Provide an elevated level of customer service
Collect payments
Help bring customers accounts current
Maintain customer confidentiality
Provide immediate customer resolution
Work diligently and consistently through an 8 hour day
Use computers, automated systems, and a variety of software
Successfully complete training and retain information that is taught
Maintain call quality and compliance
Follow guidelines regarding goals, attendance, policies and procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.80 – $15.00 per hour
