Job Description : MMC is Hiring Virtual CSR’s to assist Texas Medicaid & SNAP Programs.
**** You must live in San Antonio, TX or surrounding areas****

Start date: 3/15/2022
Rate of pay: $14 or $15 for bilingual fluent in Spanish
Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 6:30 pm. Schedules anywhere from 8am to 6:30pm
Equipment & Internet: Work at home position; equipment provided. Must have high speed internet, no satellite.
Virtual Classroom Training: (M-F) 4 weeks, plus another 3-4 weeks on the Job Training. You cannot miss anytime training time could be released from project
After classroom training: You will be given any 8-hour shift within the hours of operation
Length of Assignment: 4 months to conversion – Depends on attendance, behavior, performance.
At Conversion: $1,000 bonus, room for growth, quarterly bonuses, work from home opportunities, and great benefits!

JOB DETAILS

Answer incoming calls from consumers including the public, prospective enrollees and people assisting enrollees or acting on their behalf in accordance with all performance standards, policy and procedures, and protocols including but not limited to the confidentiality and privacy policies.
Track and document all inquiries using the applicable systems.
Answer incoming calls from consumers and providers requesting information about the Medicaid Newborn process, Good Cause, and/or Presumptive Eligibility for children.
Complete associated tasks according to the established guidelines.
Track and document all inquiries using the applicable systems.
Meet Quality Assurance (QA) and other key performance metrics.
Facilitate the fulfillment of caller requests for materials via mail, email, or download.
Transfer/refer consumers to appropriate entities according to the established guidelines.
Escalate calls or issues to the appropriate designated staff for resolution as needed.
Facilitate translation services for non-English speaking callers according to procedures. Attend meetings and trainings as requested and maintains UpToDate knowledge of all programs and systems.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour
Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
