Position : Research Scientist
Job Description : A research scientist’s work is almost entirely laboratory-based, with responsibilities that include:· Experienced in formulation of cosmetics with in-depth knowledge of color cosmetics.As a Research and Development Specialist, you will assist our KEY control product specialists with research and development through testing and evaluating products. To manage the development and quality control of all our products including product ideation, interacting and negotiating with vendors, project and time line management, quality assurance.· Assure quality and customer appeal for all new products via sensory, panel and clinical testing.· Preparation of raw material specifications, finalization of formulation, and validating the formulations.· Co-ordination with QC, production, packing, purchase and marketing regarding all aspects of new product development.· Physical: Change in appearance, color, flow properties, clarity, dispensability, sedimentation.· Chemical: Change in pH, compatibility studies, with time is studied.
