Job Description : We’re looking for reliable, values-driven Customer Service Associates to join our team! If you’re the right one for us, you enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, are people oriented, and prefer to be on your feet throughout the day. You can provide an efficient and accurate checkout experience, offer additional products and services, and create genuine interactions with your customer service expertise.
Shift would fall between these hours: 7:00AM-10:00PM MUST have availability: Friday, Saturday, Sunday | OPEN availability Monday-Sunday preferred Pay rate: $16.00/hr Job type: Part-time (eligible for full benefits) Hours levels available: 20-34 hours/week
Job Description:
Build loyalty by ensuring customers have a positive final touchpoint during the IKEA shopping experience
Provides an efficient and accurate checkout experience in various areas of the store
Offers additional products and services such as home delivery, credit card, and IKEA Family card
Resolves customer concerns independently to meet their unique needs and expectations
Provides friendly, safe, and efficient car loading and unloading services
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability
COVID-19 considerations:-We have increased surface cleaning-We have trained social distancing officers to ensure a safe physical distance between co-workers-We will provide the PPE and supplies our co-workers need to work safely, including hand sanitizer, gloves and masks
Ability to commute/relocate:
Tempe, AZ 85284: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
Retail Associates & Cashiers: 1 year (Preferred)
