Job Description : Job Title: Retail Operations Manager
Locations: Store # 16 – 625 S. Cherry Lane, White Settlement, TX 76108
Salary: Based on Experience
Work Hours: FT (40 Hrs. per Week) Days and hours vary; 2 Days Off per Week

General Job Duties: Implements and administers sales strategies including inventory, display, fiscal and personnel scheduling for the purpose of maximizing the resources provided in operating the total retail store. Supervises assigned personnel to include hiring, terminating, discipline, scheduling, and training to ensure an efficient operation of the day to day activities of the retail store including production. Oversees the daily maintenance and care of the physical store for the purpose of providing a safe, secure, and orderly facility to the benefit of customers and employees alike. Must ensure that all safety and first aid training requirements are met, and maintains a system of record keeping including but not limited to: disciplinary documentation of employees, injury reporting and departmental report generation which is responsive to the requirements of Goodwill as well as to Federal, State, and private agencies with a need to know.
Specific Requirements: Must have 3 years of experience in retail with similar or related operations and working with disabled and/or disadvantaged team members. Excellent interpersonal communication, and math skills; ability to motivate individuals with disabilities and/or employment barriers; effectively use and train in proper use of departmentalized electronic cash register (RMS), and Credit Card Draft Capture Terminal. Strong experience in logistics (shipping/receiving), office administrative procedures, MS Office; and attentiveness to details. Sufficiently mobile to supervise employees in all areas of work place and grounds; may be required to stand for extended periods of time.
Legal Requirements: Documentation to satisfy I-9 requirements, background check, and drug screen.
Travel Required: Meetings at Corporate Office or other locations, make bank deposits/change.
